Leslie's Litter

Today was my first day back at work... sort of. Bridgit and I spent 3 hours in the office today, and it was a little difficult to get anything done, especially with all of teary interruptions.   All in all, it was as expected.  A new environment for her to get used to, and everyone wanting to see her and hold her, and poke around at her.  It will get better, slowly, but surely. As for No Spend March, today was a great day!  We didn't spend any money today, and we even put some extra money into our savings account from an unexpected check that I received in the mail!   How is your March going?

Some how time has flown by the last 2+ weeks and the end of March already seems like it is just around the corner, and with that - the return to work. I have decided that it is best for me to slowly ease myself back into work ahead of time rather then wait until the last day and just have to throw myself back into work.  Tomorrow is going to be my first day back in the office.  It will be a short day, and I will have myself a tiny helper, so it won't be exactly like I am returning to work, but enough for me to get a taste of what I am going to have to deal with in just 3 more weeks. Any suggestions on how to deal with going back to work after the first baby?
